Our History
Kibs International Trading, a business organisation was started in the year 2006 in the UAE, by a group of young enthusiastic aspirant cousins.
The principal aim of the company is to promote impeccably crafted Kibs brand 100% cotton Handloom lungies, powerloom lungies and Kibs Hosiery products imported from India, so as to cater the requirements of UAE ( local consumers ) where it has huge privileged patronage and admiration for some decades – ( also in Oman too. )
Exports to neighbouring countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman are profusely carried out.
KIBS brand originates from south India (Chennai) , and its exquisite products are manufactured by the famed firm – Mohamad Idris Bros, which was started by Mohamad Idris Faizee and his 6 brothers as a partnership firm in the year 1970, which was later expanded & incorporated as a private limited company. The brand name KIBS is the abbreviation of Kopparai Idris Brothers, where as Kopparai is the family name.
Kibs brand lungies and Hosiery products gradually gained a cult status and created demand for its remarkable sublime quality standards, in India (having branches, agents & dealers throughout) and overseas via exports (especially to Srilanka).
